Raymond Glemser - President
Ray Glemser is the President and co-founder of Glemser Technologies Corporation. Ray is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and runs Sales and Marketing and Administration.
Under his leadership, Ray transformed Glemser Technologies from an entrepreneurial start-up in 1987 to a world-class information technology solutions and services company. Today, Glemser Technologies is recognized as a leader in developing and applying innovative software to meet critical business and compliance needs in life sciences.
Ray’s area of expertise includes the development and implementation of strategies, processes and software technologies to achieve desired business outcomes. He consults regularly with life science clients on the effective implementation of enterprise content and quality management systems to achieve compliance with health authority regulations. Ray is a recipient of the Ben Franklin Innovation Award for Entrepreneurial Achievement for creating and retaining high-tech jobs in Pennsylvania.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Science and Masters of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. He currently serves as an advisory board member of the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department of Lehigh University and Holy Family Regional Catholic School.
